History: After his cousins' defeat by a Saiyan named Goku, but doesn't like them both for what his cousins did. He joined the good side and helped the Z-Fighters to stop any evil villains around the galaxy and prove that he is not like his cousins.

Powers/Abilities:

Superhuman strength: Pola has incredible strength like the rest of his kind.

Superhuman speed: Pola has speed that matches that of a Saiyan's.

Superhuman durability: Pola is very durable able to take many attacks and still stand.

Healing abilities: Pola has the ability to heal quickly after he's been greatly hurt.

Energy Manipulation: Like many others Pola has the ability to manipulate energy into many different ways.

Vacuum Adaptation: Thanks to his physiology, Pola is able to breath in any environment, even underwater or in space.

Hand-on-hand Combat: Pola is a very skilled hand-to-hand fighter.

Flight: By channeling his energy, Pola is able to fly.

Transformation: Like all of his kind, Pola can change his form at will to make himself more powerful.

• First Form- His head and thigh spikes become larger while his shoulder pads become shorter.

• Second Form- When powering up, his shoulder spikes and tail grow larger with his body.

• Final (True) Form- He grows extra spikes all over his body for a more menacing appearance. In his final form has blue armor around his chest with spikes protruding from the shoulders. Spikes come from his wrists and the spikes on his head grown making the head like Cooler's Final Form.
  

• Ultimate Evolution/Golden Pola- Shedding his coating, he unleashes immense power, causing him to take a gold hue.

Kaio-ken- He can make himself stronger but has limits on how high he can go on it. He learned from Goku and King Kai to unlock to make him strong and fast.

Kaio-ken x3- After a little training with Goku, Pola can now go up to the three times Kaio-Ken. Before he continue the quest, Pola keep on training to upgrade to next level of Kaio-ken then he finally upgrade to Kaio-ken x3.

Kaio-ken x20- When pushed into a corner, Pola manages to reach new heights with the Kaio-Ken He still keep on training after a lost to Mira on Planet Namek so he was doing hardwork in training and then finally upgrade to Kaio-ken x20.

Unlock Potential- Pola has a great deal of reserves deep within him and originally could only bring it out through his emotions. This power up was achieved by a special ceremony performed by Elder Kai. In this powered up state, his red aura is turned pure white.
